Having worked as a conventional physician in hospitals in Greece, the UK and in Zambia, Africa, I came to realize deeply that each patient is unique, not only as a biological being, but also for their psyche, culture and the environment where they live. I felt the need to look for a holistic view that would lead to an individual treatment for each patient. One that recognizes all their different aspects, that could see them as an undivided whole of body and mind that is struggling for balance.
That search lead to my meeting with homeopathy, and to my training in the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, under the supervision of the well-known homeopath George Vithoulkas. The knowledge I received was enriched with the concepts of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine that I received from the Greek Educational Institute of Acupuncture. It continues to expand constantly through specialized seminars on homeopathy, acupuncture and other holistic healing methods.
In my practice I combine the foundation in medicine I received as a General Practitioner specialist with the extraordinary healing tools that homeopathy and Chinese acupuncture provide. Being grateful to my teachers, I always follow the principles of Hippocrates and the other great healers of History: seeking balance.
